Try Me By Olivia Cunning

For the five sexy rock gods of Sole Regret, finding love is easy, keeping it is hard.

Melanie has no desire to meet the members of the rock band, Sole Regret, but her groupie of a best friend gets them both backstage and then rushes off with the band’s lead singer. Left alone at an after party with a bunch of scary tattooed and pierced metal-heads, sheltered Melanie is relieved when the only normal-looking guy in the room insists on keeping her company.

By the time Melanie discovers that Gabe is the band’s drummer and not as normal as she assumed, she has already made a complete fool of herself. She can’t help but be interested in him, not as a rock star, but as the sexiest man she’s ever encountered. Strangely attracted to his hidden tattoos and body piercing, she wonders what it would be like to spend a night with a bad boy.

Gabe is more than willing to show sweet Melanie there’s more to him than meets the eye. All she has to do is try him. Will they only share a single night of passion? Or will their hearts entangle as quickly as their bodies?

Try Me is the first erotic novella in Olivia Cunning’s One Night with Sole Regret series.

Contains explicit sex, graphic language, and a hot rock star with a naughty and inventive mind.

Ren's Review:

Thanks to Dinjolina for helping me to read this novella. =D

When I heard one of my favorite erotica authors, Olivia Cunning just wrote a new story featuring rock stars. I was so happy! While anxiously waiting for Sinners's new book (Trey!!), I decided to read "Try Me", the first novella that's about rock bands Sole Regret. You can't go wrong with Olivia Cunning. Since she always delivers the best erotic story feature rock stars.

Melanie Anderson or Mel, is afraid to see tattoed people. Well, I admit,me too. But, she pierced herself. Hehehe, such a naughty girl. One night she attended Sole Regret's concert, with her bimbo's friend Nikki (that I loathe so much, since she's well.... a bimbo :/ ) Nikki wants to go to Sole Regret's backstage and have sex with Shade, the vocalist. After a humiliating moment including, kissing and groping each other (much like Nikki to Mel), they succeed, and that's when Mel meets Gabriel Banner.

Gabriel or Gabe may look like normal guy for Mel. And imagine how embarassing for Mel, when she knows Gabe is Force, the band's drummer. And of course he has tattoos. And piercings. And Mohawk hair. Now, I will cringe when I see guy like that. But this is Olivia Cunning we're talking about, folks! She can writes about  charming rock stars that will make you melt, no exception for Gabe. Deep inside, he's a geek. And sweet. And cares for Mel. Impressive and invative in bed. You got the picture ;).

So, Mel and Gabe have a one night stand. A very hot and scorching one night. We know Gabe is naughty. And kinky. But who knew he could  make a device or sex toys that could make Mels voice hoarse from screaming. And experience many orgasms that maybe just happens only in a dream. My mind (and ovaries) scream "I want Gabe! I want the device! Hell, I want the WHOLE package!!". Of course, this is just fiction. But if Olivia know the toys exist, please call me (just kidding).

I just hope this one is longer. Well, duh, I know the series title is One Night with Sole Regret, but I want more from Gabe and Melanie. More than just one night. I want more interaction between Gabe and the other Sole Regret member, like Shade or Jacob, Kelly, Owen and Adam. I find myself not wanting to end this and almost weep when I read "The End". Please Olivia Cunning, make the full-length novel of this, not just novella!! :(
